As a consumer buying digital content online you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because access starts immediately, at checkout you consent to that immediate start and acknowledge you lose the cancellation right for credits you actually use. Any credits you have not used stay fully refundable for 14 days.
Nothing we sell is "non-refundable". Bigger packs are discounted, so if you change your mind partway we charge the stations you actually used at our ordinary single-station rate — £5.00 a station — and refund the rest. One sentence: you pay for what you used, at our normal price.
Worked through, for the Master Plan (36 stations, £100): used 0 → £100.00 back · used 6 → £70.00 back · used 12 → £40.00 back · used 24 → £0.00 back. Once what you have used is worth more than you paid, there is nothing left to return.
This is deliberately not a pro-rata refund. Pro-rata sounds fairer and is not: it would let someone buy the cheapest per-station rate, use a handful and refund the rest, keeping a bulk discount they never committed to. It also means the answer never depends on which pack you bought.
Email info@autoailabs.co.uk with roughly when it happened. Every session is logged with its own outcome, so we can look rather than guess. If it was our fault we will put the credit back — and if we cannot tell, we will assume it was ours.
Credit refunds go back to your balance immediately. Money refunds go to the card you paid with, via Stripe, normally within 5–10 working days.
